The rooms and public areas were kept tidy and clean. The kitchenette comes with utensils that are good for a simple breakfast or making sandwiches for lunch. The location of the hotel is convenient for accessing local bars and restaurants.

The pool area was usually overcrowded, with a lack of umbrellas and slipper tiles. At night, it tended to be rather noisy, with people shouting and doors banging.

We spent our evenings in nearby sincerity restaurant bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere. We loved staying at Club Alpina. Kervansaray turkish night was situated 1 km from this hotel.

The prices at this hotel were very reasonable, making it great value for money. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and we especially enjoyed the attention to detail in the little shop. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. We loved the comfortable beds in our bedroom with a great view from the balcony over the surrounding area.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we couldn't find any faults.

The hotel had great facilities, including a nice main pool and a fantastic kids pool and play area. The staff were exceptional, providing fabulous service and being so friendly throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also really convenient, as we were close to good restaurants and bars, not too far from the beach, and also had easy access to the local bakeries. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options.

Spent the new year at this hotel and the decorations were beautiful. the venue for the new year's party was superb, spacious and had great lighting. the entertainment was perfect and kept us enjoying ourselves all night. the staff was also polite and helpful, offering a range of beverages including soft drinks and some with alcohol. the firework display was well-coordinated and enjoyable to watch.

The rooms were average with some few broken fixtures, the location was too far from the city centre, and public transport was unreliable. the food was not up to par with our expectations, some of the meals were too spicy for our taste, and the staff seemed indifferent to the complaints.
